1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags intact

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized uniforms
• Bulk orders
• Used, washed, or damaged products

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@medexwear.in with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
